Rev. Dr. Jimmy Shelbourn

Jimmy is a native of Broken Bow and attended Hastings College and has two degrees from Louisville Presbyterian Seminary in Kentucky. For 31 years he was the pastor at First Presbyterian Church in Beatrice, retiring in 2016, and began working part time at Westminster Church. His primary focus has been visitation for those in retirement facilities and adult education. Jimmy is a bagpiper and has travelled with his wife, Carol, to Scotland multiple times. If you hear someone whistling or singing down the church hallway, it is likely Jimmy.
