Upcoming Music Making Opportunities
Greetings from your music staff! We hope that you find yourself immersed in relaxing, meaningful, and joyful activities this summer. Summer can be a great time to explore, so we have created five opportunities to step out of your comfort zone and experience new ways of participating in worship at Westminster. To join in these events, simply show up in the sanctuary at 9:30 AM and we will prepare an easy piece of music to be presented at the 10:30 AM worship. All ages and musical experiences welcome for each event, and we encourage new friends to join in the fun!
Men’s Choir | Sunday, August 12
Similar to the Women’s Choir the previous week, the Men’s Choir welcomes men and boys of all ages to join in song. John Ross, our Director of Music, looks forward to introducing a simple piece of music to our male choir members, and he invites new friends from the congregation to sing as well.
We anticipate a good-sized group of female participants the week before, and we aim to inspire equal or greater representation from our men.
