Advent, a time of preparation and expectant waiting for both the celebration of the Nativity of Jesus at Christmas and the return of Jesus at the Second Coming. The word Advent means coming and the Sunday Bible Class will broaden its study during Advent to include prophetic texts from Isaiah as well as those from Matthew and Luke which speak of the coming of the Savior. Join the discussion any Sunday in the Parlor at 10:45.
