Westminster on Wednesdays (WOW)

Dinner Fellowship

WOW dinner is served continuously from 5:40 to 6:30 p.m. each Wednesday when school is in session. Cost is $3 per child (ages 3-12), $4 per adult, or a maximum of $14 per family.

Join us for WOW dinner and then join other adults for fellowship or educational opportunities from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. while the children and youth are at choir rehearsal.

Choir & Bell Choir

All choirs meet on Wednesday evenings.

Children’s Choirs

  • Youth Bells (handbell choir), grades 4-8, meet in the Sanctuary 5:15-5:45 p.m.
  • Cherub Choir is Pre-K, meets in Room 210-East from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
  • Alleluia! Amen! is K-5th grade, meets in Room 210 from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
  • Salt & Light, grades 6-8, meets in Choir Room from 6:30-7:30 p.m.

Adult (high school & up) Choirs

  • Westminster Carillon (handbell choir) meets in the Sanctuary from 6:20-7:20 p.m.
  • Westminster Choir meets in the Choir Room from 7:30-9:00 p.m.

Adult Gatherings

  • “Knit N Sit” meets in the Library from 6:30-7:30 p.m. It is a time of fellowship and a chance for spiritual growth. Bring your own craft project (all skill levels are welcomed!) or just sit and join in the conversation.
  • Book studies, guest speakers, and other educational opportunities are presented on a regular basis.  Current offerings include:  Faith at the Movies, held in the Lounge.

8:00 am: Chapel worship with communion
9:00 am: Education for all ages
10:00 am: Fellowship
10:30 am: Traditional worship in our historic main Sanctuary

Childcare is provided in the Nursery from 7:45 am - 12:00 pm.

Wednesdays

5:40-6:30 pm: WOW Dinner
6:30 pm: Educational Opportunities, Rehearsals, Fellowship
