Lunch Bunch
Westminster's Lunch Bunch will travel to The Green Gateau, 330 South 10th Street, for their August 12th meeting. This group is devoted to Christian fellowship over lunch. It is open to both men and women and meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 12:30 p.m. Call the church office if you are new to the group and need a ride. A car pool leaves the church at noon. Homebound members can arrange a ride by calling Dorothy Glen, 489-2688, or Jeanne Giles, 488-6651.
  
Prairie Readers
Three Cups of Tea by Greg Mortenson and David Oliver Relin is the Prairie Readers choice for August. The book is a finalist for "One Book, One Lincoln" this year. The group will meet at the Sunrise Coffee Shop in the Piedmont Center at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, August 20th. Westminster Club
If you are one of our senior members at Westminster, consider visiting and/or joining our fellowship group that meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month, September through May. The officers are planning a varied and interesting program for each meeting, plus our caterer, Susie Hughes, will be providing excellent meals.
  
All senior church members will receive a special invitation in September that will announce the coming programs and explain how to make reservations. The charge is $7 per person and you are asked to bring your own table service each time. Since Cole Hall and the kitchen will not be available for use in September, we will be meeting at Roper and Sons, 4300 O Street.
